3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account with 5u555. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's identity must have been verified through the KYC process. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Players who are suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing matched bets across multiple accounts, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting bonus structures in a way not intended by 5u555 — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to any game restrictions, maximum win caps, and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and not as withdrawable cash unless otherwise stated.
